At My Shop Coffee, This southern Italian classic is blended from 100 % Arabica beans and roasted by our on site roaster to "Full city roast," Full city is a medium roast that is reached after just a few minutes when the beans are caught between the first and second popping. The beans will exhibit balance between aroma, acid and complexity, producing a smooth well rounded espresso. My Shop Coffee will be happy to grind the beans for you, for optimum taste, we recommend ordering your espresso whole bean. For a traditional and exceptional cup of espresso, the beans should be ground immediately prior to use. A heat sealed valve bag will ensure the freshest coffee.
