Bali `Paradise Valley' Coffee
Bali lays about 8 degrees south of the equator, among the chain of tropical islands that make up Indonesia. Bali is one of the largest coffee exporters in the world. The beans are grown in the mountains of Bali above the jungle allowing for the hot days and cool nights top coffee requires. Harvesting and sorting is done by hand ensuring the crop does not include discolored, broken, over ripe or poor quality beans. Bali possesses natural beauty in it's people and agriculture and, you will find that each cup of Balinese coffee exemplifies true spirit of Bali. Here at My Shop Coffee, we would like to share and enjoy with you one sip of tropical pleasure at a time and savor the earthy and smooth flavor of this Indonesian coffee.
In the high altitudes of the Bali Volcanic Region of Indonesia, 'Paradise Valley' coffee beans are cultivated and wet-processed providing a smooth, heavy-bodied cup when brewed. This well-balanced and mild gourmet Arabica bean coffee has low acidity and undertones of chocolate.
